Large tanks intended for cleaning or surface treatment. The tanks are suitable both for cleaning/treating large pieces and high numbers of smaller pieces. During cleaning tanks are especially suitable for cleaning heavilly contaminated goods where the contaminant is firmly engrained and needs to be soaked for a long. The tanks can be equipped with pumps to enable jacuzziflushing in order to remove dissolved contaminants and allow the liquid to reach deeper layers of the contaminant.   

The tanks can be used for many types of surface treatmenat. We have delivered tanks for both alkaline and acid treatment but also tanks intended to be used for phosphating and similar surface treatments.

The tanks are loaded from above and can be delivered with fixtures adapted to the intended goods. Depending on which liquid is intended to be used in the bath the tanks can be produced in stainless steel or acid proof steel.  The tanks can be equipped with multiple acessories including heating, automatic lid. jacuzzi flushing and ultrasonics.
